These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Raza Wireless, outlining your rights and responsibilities when using our products, services, mobile app ("App"), and website ("Site"). Together, these are referred to as our "Services."
By clicking "I Agree," registering an account, downloading or using our App, or accessing any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms become effective the moment you first agree or use our Services, whichever happens first.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "Customer" will refer to your employer or the specific legal entity.
Important Note: Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data you submit or that we collect is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at wireless.raza.com/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Please be aware: These Terms include a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 20. This affects how disputes between you and Raza Wireless are resolved and may impact your legal rights. Please read it carefully.
Raza Wireless is a provider that makes international connectivity easier through Global eSIM technology. We offer travelers data, voice, and text packages for many countries, eliminating the need for physical SIM cards. Our Services allow you to purchase and instantly use various Global eSIM packages on compatible devices for seamless connectivity.
To use our Services, you'll need to register for an account ("Account"). During registration, you'll be asked to provide information like your name, address, phone number, and email. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are the only authorized user of your Account and are responsible for keeping your login, password, and Account number confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, even if not authorized by you. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or a security breach, you must contact Raza Wireless immediately.
The person who signs up for the Services will be the Account Owner and is responsible for complying with these Terms. Your Account is not transferable.
To use Raza Wireless services, all customers must accept these Terms. The information required for registration varies based on your customer type:
If you receive our services through an intermediary (like a hotel or travel agency), they may provide the required registration information on your behalf. We may collect additional information from any customer type as needed to improve our services, always in compliance with privacy laws. We'll inform you of any such collection through our usual communication channels.
Raza Wireless will make reasonable efforts to provide you with quality service. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
When using our Services, you must not engage in any activity that is:
If you violate these responsibilities, Raza Wireless may suspend your Service. During any suspension, you remain responsible for all charges for the suspended Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is Global eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility can vary by carrier and country. Please check the Global eSIM-compatible device list provided during checkout. By confirming your device is Global eSIM compatible, you are responsible for the accuracy of that information. The compatibility list is regularly updated but may not always include newly released Global eSIM-compatible devices.
Your service contract with Raza Wireless begins when you complete an order on our website (wireless.raza.com, including any subdomains), through our App, APIs, Partner Platform, or any other Raza Wireless product that allows orders.
You are responsible for activating your Global eSIM and acknowledging the Activation Policy.
For End Users, your contract terminates if you don't have an active data package or if you delete the Global eSIM from your device.
For Business Users, contract termination depends on any specific agreement signed between you and Raza Wireless, or your active status on the Partner Platform. For Business Users with such agreements or active platform participation, the contract remains in effect even without an active data package or if an Global eSIM is deleted, reflecting our ongoing partnership.
Payments and other expenses for our Services are processed through third-party payment systems ("PSP") as indicated on our Services. You may need to register with the PSP, agree to their terms of service, and provide payment details. By accepting these Terms, you agree that you have reviewed and agreed to the PSP Services Agreement. Raza Wireless is not a party to the PSP Services Agreement and has no obligations or liability under it.
All prices and fees displayed on our Services are exclusive of applicable federal, provincial, state, local, or other governmental sales, goods and services, or other taxes, fees, or charges ("Taxes"), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any applicable Taxes will be calculated based on the billing address you provide and charged at the time of your transaction.
Raza Wireless offers various payment methods, including but not limited to Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are typically processed in US Dollars ($), though other currencies may be available during the transaction. Credit card transactions are processed and secured by Raza Wireless-approved payment service providers, such as PayPal (paypal.com) and Stripe (stripe.com), and other providers selected for each transaction.
For your convenience, Raza Wireless offers automatic renewals for End Users to ensure continuous service without manual intervention.
You have the right to request a refund or Global eSIM replacement if you can't use our Services due to an error or omission by Raza Wireless. Your refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. However, Raza Wireless isn't obligated to issue a refund if we can resolve your inability to use the Services within 10 days of you notifying us of the issue. You agree to cooperate with our efforts to resolve such issues, and we have no obligation to issue a refund if you fail or refuse to do so. Please note: Each data package has its own validity period, and no refund will be offered for remaining data once that validity period expires.
Despite the above, the following terms also apply:
To request a refund, contact Raza Wireless's support team via the in-app or web chat. Our refund policy above will apply. Depending on the issue, we may ask for further information to support your request, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues or details of why an invoiced amount is incorrect. You'll have the option to receive credit back via your original payment method or as Raza Money issued to your account. Once a refund is approved and issued, it can take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
End Customers who bought Raza Wireless services through a reseller are not eligible for direct refunds from Raza Wireless. These users should contact the Raza Wireless Business User for refund requests. We are committed to customer satisfaction but must defer to our reseller partners' policies for transactions made outside our direct sales channels.
Raza Wireless Business Users can receive refunds for transactions made directly with Raza Wireless as Raza Wireless Credits or credit notes. This offers a flexible alternative for managing refunds, allowing you to apply these credits or notes toward future purchases or services on the Raza Wireless platform.
Raza Wireless has an Global eSIM recycling process to ensure optimal service. After purchasing an Global eSIM, you must activate it within a specific timeframe, as stated in the activation guidelines provided during your purchase. It is your responsibility to activate the Global eSIM within this period. Failure to do so may result in the Global eSIM expiring and becoming unusable.
Once expired, a Global eSIM cannot be reactivated. If a Global eSIM expires, you'll need to make a new purchase to get a functional Global eSIM. Please review and follow the activation guidelines to ensure a smooth Global eSIM activation process.
Prices refer to the cost of Raza Wireless Global eSIM packages and related services. Raza Wireless may offer promotional prices for Global eSIM packages for a limited time. These promotions have specific terms and conditions, including duration, eligibility, and any associated requirements, which will be clearly communicated during the promotional period. After the promotion ends, regular prices will apply unless otherwise stated. Raza Wireless reserves the right to modify or end any promotional prices, including their terms and conditions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. For more information or clarification about promotions, please contact Raza Wireless support via the in-app or web chat.
Prices may differ for End Users and Business Users, reflecting the tailored services and potential volume-based offerings available to different customer types.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Raza Wireless regularly reviews its pricing to align with market dynamics and ensure competitive rates for quality services. Price adjustments may be based on factors such as market conditions, exchange rates, and operational costs. These adjustments ensure the sustainability of our services and reflect the cost of providing high-quality connectivity.
Raza Wireless will make every effort to timely inform Customers of significant price changes, allowing you to make informed purchase decisions. However, due to the dynamic nature of pricing factors, immediate notification may not always be possible.
Raza Wireless may collect and process your geographical location information, including GPS coordinates, IP address, Wi-Fi access points, and cell tower details, to offer location-based services and improve your experience. By using Raza Wireless services, you consent to this tracking. The purpose includes providing location-specific services, improving service quality, and personalizing experiences. Location information may be shared with third-party providers who are obligated to handle data in compliance with privacy laws. You can control location services through your device settings, but this may limit certain features. Raza Wireless employs security measures, retains data for necessary periods, and complies with applicable data protection laws. This section may be updated to reflect changes, and you can contact Raza Wireless Customer Support for questions or concerns about location tracking practices.
When using Raza Wireless services in any country, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including requirements related to mobile device registration and telecommunications service use. Where required by local law, Raza Wireless may take necessary actions on your behalf to ensure compliance with such regulations.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to Raza Wireless using your personal data for these purposes in accordance with applicable local data protection laws.
By using our services in Colombia, you acknowledge that, under all applicable regulations in Resolution 5050 of 2016 of the Colombian Telecommunications Commission (CRC), you must register your mobile phone's IMEI number with the CRC's IMEI database. This is a requirement to prevent theft and unlawful trafficking of mobile equipment.
You declare, as required by Colombian Law, that you are the sole responsible user and owner of your mobile equipment; that it was legally purchased; that you have no knowledge that the equipment has been manipulated, altered, modified, and/or had its IMEI rewritten; and that you assume the legal consequences of any eventual manipulation, alteration, modification, or rewriting of the IMEI as per applicable regulations.
You hereby authorize Raza Wireless, through its authorized agents, to perform all necessary actions on your behalf, including completing the sole responsible owner declaration, for the purpose of registering the IMEI with the CRC's database.
You hereby authorize Raza Wireless, for the purposes described above, to use your personal data as per Decree 1377 of 2013.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
You warrant and represent that, other than as fully and promptly disclosed to Raza Wireless as set forth below, you do not have any motivation, status, or interest that Raza Wireless may reasonably wish to know about in connection with the Services, including, without limitation, if you are using or intend to use the Services for any journalistic, investigative, or unlawful purpose. You warrant and represent that you will promptly disclose to Raza Wireless in writing any such motivation, status, or interest, whether existing prior to registration or arising during your use of the Services.
By installing the App, you consent to its installation and any updates or upgrades released through the Services. The App (including updates or upgrades) may: (i) cause your device to automatically communicate with Raza Wireless's servers to deliver App functionality and record usage metrics, (ii) affect App-related preferences or data stored on your device, and (iii) collect personal information as outlined in Raza Wireless's Privacy Policy, including location information. You can uninstall the App at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Raza Wireless, either party may terminate these Terms for any or no cause, at any time. You may cancel and delete your account at any time by using the available features on the Services or by written notice to our support. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your account, profile, or any other information through the Services. The provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (such as disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect indefinitely.
We reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time. Raza Wireless may terminate or limit your right to use the Services if we are investigating or believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement, by providing you with written or email notice. Such termination or limitation will be effective immediately upon delivery of the notice. If Raza Wireless terminates or limits your right to use the Services under this section, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you are acting on behalf of that third party.
Even after your right to use the Services is terminated or limited, this Agreement will remain enforceable against you. Raza Wireless reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to pursuing arbitration in accordance with Section 20 of these Terms.
Raza Wireless reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the Services at its sole discretion. Raza Wireless is not liable to you for any modification or discontinuance of all or any portion of the Services. Raza Wireless has the right to restrict anyone from completing registration as a user if we believe such person may threaten the safety and integrity of the Services, or if, in Raza Wireless's discretion, such restriction is necessary to address any other reasonable business concern.
Following the termination or cancellation of your account, we reserve the right to delete all your data in the normal course of operation. Your data cannot be recovered once your account is terminated or canceled.
All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, trademarks, logos, typefaces, and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material") that you see or read through the Services is owned by Raza Wireless. Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media, and technologies now known or hereafter developed. Raza Wireless owns all Proprietary Material, as well as the coordination, selection, arrangement, and enhancement of such Proprietary Materials as a Collective Work under the United States Copyright Act, as amended. The Proprietary Material is protected by domestic and international laws governing copyright, patents, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Services without Raza Wireless's express prior written consent.
Any use of such Proprietary Material, other than as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited without Raza Wireless's prior permission.
The service marks and trademarks of Raza Wireless, including Raza Wireless and Raza Wireless logos, are service marks owned by Raza Wireless. Any other trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or trade names appearing via the Services are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or use any of these marks, logos, or trade names without the express prior written consent of the owner.
Additionally, you may choose to, or Raza Wireless may invite you to, submit comments, ideas, or feedback about the Services, including how to improve Raza Wireless's services or products ("Feedback"). By submitting any Feedback, you agree that its disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction and will not place Raza Wireless under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that Raza Wireless is free to use the Feedback without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the Feedback on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone. You further acknowledge that, by accepting your submission, Raza Wireless does not waive any rights to use similar or related Feedback previously known to Raza Wireless, developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. You acknowledge that all email and other correspondence you submit to us shall become Raza Wireless's sole and exclusive property.
Subject to these terms and conditions, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, freely revocable license to access and use the Services. Raza Wireless may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, reports generated by the Services, and copyrights (the "Raza Wireless Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) related thereto, are the exclusive property of Raza Wireless or, as applicable, its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, publicly distribute, publicly transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the Services. Use of the Raza Wireless Content or materials on the Services for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications therefore and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof, under the laws of any state, country, territory, or other jurisdiction.
Your use of the Services and the relating licenses granted hereunder are also conditioned upon your strict adherence to the letter and spirit of the various applicable guidelines and any end user licenses associated with your use of the App. Raza Wireless may modify such guidelines in its sole discretion at any time. Raza Wireless reserves the right to terminate your Account and access to the Services if it determines that you have violated any such applicable guidelines.
Raza Wireless respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe, in good faith, that any materials provided on or in connection with the Services infringe upon your copyright or other intellectual property right, please send the following information to Raza Wireless's Copyright Agent at support@raza.com:
You acknowledge that Confidential Information (as defined below) is a valuable, special, and unique asset of Raza Wireless and agree that you will not disclose, transfer, use (or seek to induce others to disclose, transfer, or use) any Confidential Information for any purpose other than using the Services in accordance with these Terms. If relevant, you may disclose the Confidential Information to your authorized employees and agents, provided they are also bound to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information. You shall promptly notify Raza Wireless in writing of any circumstances that may constitute unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use of Confidential Information. You shall use best efforts to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use. You shall return all originals and any copies of any and all materials containing Confidential Information to Raza Wireless upon termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever.
The term “Confidential Information” shall mean any and all of Raza Wireless's trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information, and all other information and data of Raza Wireless that is not generally known to the public or other third parties who could derive value, economic or otherwise, from its use or disclosure. Confidential Information shall be deemed to include technical data, know-how, research, product plans, products, services, customers, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances, strategic and other proprietary and confidential information relating to Raza Wireless or Raza Wireless's business, operations, or properties, including information about Raza Wireless's staff, users, or partners, or other business information disclosed directly or indirectly in writing, orally, or by drawings or observation.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAZA WIRELESS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SERVICES AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF RAZA WIRELESS'S SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; AND (IV) EVENTS BEYOND RAZA WIRELESS'S REASONABLE CONTROL.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RAZA WIRELESS AND AFFILIATES OR THEIR CORPORATE PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, FAILURE TO STORE ANY INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY RAZA WIRELESS, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS, IT IS DETERMINED THAT RAZA WIRELESS AND AFFILIATES OR THEIR CORPORATE PARTNERS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE LOWER OF (I) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO RAZA WIRELESS DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE TIME SUCH CLAIM AROSE OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raza Wireless and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, successors, and assigns (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liabilities incurred in connection with (i) your use or inability to use the Services, or (ii) your breach or violation of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any law, or the rights of any user or third party and (iv) any content submitted by you or using your account to the Services, including, but not limited to the extent such content may infringe on the intellectual rights of a third party or otherwise be illegal or unlawful. You also agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties for any liabilities resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on Raza Wireless's infrastructure. Raza Wireless reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control at its own expense of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification. You will not, in any event, settle any claim or matter without the prior written consent of Raza Wireless.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND GOVERNS HOW YOU AND RAZA WIRELESS CAN BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER. THIS SECTION WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRE YOU AND RAZA WIRELESS TO SUBMIT
Unless specifically stated otherwise in Section 20 or in a separate written agreement, this Agreement and your use of our Services are governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its choice of law principles. This choice of law provision is solely to specify that Illinois law will be used to interpret this Agreement.
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Raza Wireless.
The original English version of these Terms may be translated into other languages. Any translated version is provided as a courtesy and for convenience only, and you cannot derive any rights from it. In case of any dispute regarding the content or interpretation of these Terms, or if there is a conflict, ambiguity, inconsistency, or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version, the English language version will apply, prevail, and be conclusive and binding. The English version will be used in any legal proceedings. If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, you remain bound by all other provisions. In such an event, the invalid provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and both parties will agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding provision, considering the content and purpose of these Terms.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Raza Wireless's prior written approval. Raza Wireless may assign or transfer this Agreement without your consent, including but not limited to assignments: (1) to a parent or subsidiary company, (2) to a company that acquires our assets, or (3) to any other successor or acquirer. Any assignment that violates this section will be null and void. This Agreement will benefit Raza Wireless, its successors, and assigns.
Raza Wireless reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement, suspend, discontinue, or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including these Terms and our Privacy Policy), and to review, improve, modify, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any content or information through the Services at any time. These changes may be effective with or without prior notice and without any liability to you. We will try to notify you of significant changes by email, but we won't be liable for any failure to do so. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer comply with this Agreement, you must terminate and immediately stop using the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any revision to this Agreement means your complete and irrevocable acceptance of all such changes. Raza Wireless may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to part or all of the Services without notice or liability.
