1. Once I purchase a phone card, how do I use it?
Upon purchasing a phone card from Raza communications you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free access number, PIN and a customer service number. Simply, call the toll-free access number, enter your PIN and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling. If you are a new customer, our customer support team will call you to verify your order.

2. What if I do not want to use PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
Our ew packages provide pin-less dialing. You just have to dial the toll free number and then the destination number. There is no need to dial your PIN..

3. Can I use my Phone Card to dial another country other than the country I originally bought the card for?
Yes, however the rates that are advertised on the web only apply to the specific country for which the card was intended. Please visit the respective rate page to check current rates for that country.

4. If my Phone Card expires can I be reimbursed for the unused portion of the card?
No. Please make sure to exhaust your phone card prior to 90 days from the date of purchase. However, some cards have no expiration date. Please see the card details For expiration date information.

5. Why do I have to wait for my account to be activated before receiving my PIN?
At Raza communications confirming your order is our way of ensuring consumer protection against credit card fraud. Our highly trained customer service representatives inspect and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security. This is a one time process. Once your account has been verified and activated you will start receiving your PIN instantly via e-mail.

6. How do I know which card is right for me?
Raza communications offers calling cards to call anywhere in the world to find out the rates to the country and city you are calling to. Just select the country you will be calling from and the destination to which you will be calling to. Connection fee cards usually offer lower rates, but charge you a connection fee every time you call. These cards offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations. Opting for a no connection fee card is usually a better choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination. If you are calling to cellular phones, then choose a card which denotes that it is specifically for calling cellular phones. Also, note that some of our cards offer discounted rates to certain major cities within a country.

7. What if I do not have a credit card? Is there another way to purchase from RAZA Communications?
Yes, you can mail us a money order or a cashiers check in any amount to:

Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and the name of the card that you would like to order. Once we receive your payment we will call or e-mail the PIN to you.

8. Why are the rates different when calling a cell phone ?
In most non-domestic countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to a cellular phone. This additional charge results in rate increases. However, for certain countries it is cheaper,. such as India.

9. Is it safe to purchase your service over the Internet?

Our technology makes it possible for sensitive data to be safely transmitted over the Internet; the information is encrypted using proprietary and secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

10. I lost the password to My Account. How do I get it back?
Click the link "Forget your Password - Click Here" under the username and password box on the login page and your password will be e-mailed to you promptly.

11. I lost my access number and PIN. How do I get that back?
In this case please go to “MY ACCOUNT” and you will see your most recent purchases. If you do not find the pin you are looking for, please call us we will try to provide that to you.

12. Can I recharge my Phone Card?

Absolutely, Yes!! Our website will allow you to use the same PIN and let you add more money to it once you use up the existing balances. You must purchase a rechargeable card initially for this feature to work.

13. If a card has a weekly fee how it will be charged?

If a card has a weekly fee, it will be deducted after the first call and then it will not be deducted until the next week.

14. What if the rate on the site differs from the rate on the calling package purchased?

If the rates on the site differs from the rate of the calling package, customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible and should not use the card. If they use the card without contacting us, then they will get the minutes which were prompted on the calling package and not on the site.
